Hello!  My name is Virginia A. Schutt and I am the Director of Choral Arts at Lake Norman High School. I have been the choral director at Lake Norman since 2002 when we opened the doors!  I can proudly say that I built this choir from a one-period-a-day/one-size fits all chorus to the robust choral program we have today including the Superior Rated Choirs: Beginning/Intermediate Choral Arts, Treble Choir (Très Belles), and Show Choir (Showformance).  
In addition to directing the vocal music program here at LNHS, I am also the lead singer in Blackwater Revival as well as a soloist for the The Lake Norman Big Band.  I am a proud wife and mother of 7 kids and 4 grandbabies!!  Days are never dull and I wouldn't change that for anything!  I look forward to an amazing year filled with great music!]
