Get inducted!
Earn at least 10 points and pay your one-time $35 induction fee. Then, get inducted at the annual theatre banquet!
Participate in school events and state competitions!
Trunk or Treat is a school-sponsored event around Halloween. ITS participates at Trunk or Treat every year.
International Thespian Excellence Awards (Thespys), are the various events at Thespian Festivals that students can be adjudicated in. Acting, musical theatre, playwriting, tech and film events are all included! NC students are adjudicated on the International Thespian Excellence Rubric. Students will be adjudicated first at Regional events. Students who are rated Superior in acting events and Superior and Excellent in tech events will be passed on to State Thespian Festival. When rated Superior at the state level, students are eligible to then be adjudicated in their event at International Thespian Festival in June.
The Regional Qualifiers for Thespys will be due Virtually on January 8th.
Please have each person in your group (if you are doing a group piece) fill out this form.
Registration and Payment is due by December 4th.
EVERY PERSON must pay $10 (if inducted) or $11 (if not inducted) per event.
Our troupe number is 8409.
Every person may only do up to two events. These events must be recorded and uploaded to the google drive link below by January 8.

Performance: Monologue (2), Duet Acting, Group Acting, Solo Musical (1), Duet Musical, Group Musical
Tech: Costume Construction, Costume Design, Lighting Design, Makeup Design, Theatre Marketing, Scenic Design, Short Film, Sound Design, Stage Management
At State Festival, students have the opportunity to:

- Apply for Theatre scholarship (open to inducted Thespian seniors)
- Apply and interview to become State Thespian Officers

- Audition for the next All State Show!
- Perform in and Watch performances prepared for International Thespian Excellence Awards (Thespy's)
